			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>..my appetite is insatiable! I&#8217;m not hungry but boy I want to EAT! That&#8217;s the worst . It&#8217;s a classic case of &quot;the munchies.&quot; I&#8217;m hoping by writing I can help curve it a bit.  Tomorrow is the weigh in where I&#8217;ll finally peak <a href="http://ronisweigh.com/2009/01/starting-2009-off-blind.html">at last weeks scale number</a>. Honestly, I can&#8217;t believe I haven&#8217;t peaked. It&#8217;s not like me, Normally I can&#8217;t handle surprises. I can hardly contain myself when I buy presents for people. I almost died while planning the husbands surprise 30th. Yet, I have NOT looked at last weeks weigh-in number in fear it would affect my mood too much. <span id="more-2441"></span></p>
<p>I&#8217;m glad I haven&#8217;t. I&#8217;ve felt great all week and the stupid scale didn&#8217;t &quot;ruin&quot; it for me. I&#8217;m getting back into my workout groove completing the first of MANY runs for my <a href="http://ronisweigh.com/2008/12/this-coffee-bean-has-registered.html">marathon</a> training.</p>
<p>Speaking of, if you missed it, I published <a href="http://ronisweigh.com/training/01_jan.html">my training schedule up to the half marathon in May on this page</a>.  As I complete each day I&#8217;ll add a little note. I needed to see it from a calendar view. I&#8217;m not going to lie. It&#8217;s SCARY! My approach is to take it day by day, like everything. :) I also updated my <a href="http://ronisweigh.com/ronis-updates/goals">Yearly Goals page</a>, adding the races for this year. </p>
<p>So here&#8217;s the food journal for today. It&#8217;s not bad but I just want MORE! But I&#8217;m good. Not hungry, it&#8217;s just the munchies. It&#8217;s JUST the munchies. :)</p>

<p>Seriously, I&#8217;m racking my brain trying to figure out a satisfying, low point snack idea. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s not like I didn&#8217;t eat all day and I&#8217;m not even &ldquo;hungry&rdquo;. I just want SOMETHING! </p>
<p>The problem is I didn&#8217;t make it to the grocery store today so I have no good snack alternatives. I&#8217;m going tomorrow with the toddler and I&#8217;ll be stocking for the week! </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>..emotions that make me want to eat. Yup, like most of my recent out of whack days, today started off just fine and then, crash, boom, bash, I&#8217;m a stuffed pig. </p>
<p>We went out for a last meal of sorts as I can eat after midnight before the surgery and it&#8217;s scheduled for 2:45PM! That&#8217;s going to be one long hungry day! </p>
<p>I&#8217;m not sure if I ate too much because I was preparing for the 14 hour fast or because I was nervous. Maybe I&#8217;m just using both as an excuse to just, well, eat. Who knows! All I do know, is I AM counting points for a a few days to get myself back on track.  The past 2 weeks have been out of control and I&#8217;m seeing some old scary habits resurfacing.  I also won&#8217;t be able to workout as much in recovery so my diet better be in check! I&#8217;m a little worried about this, can you tell? </p>
<p>So stay tuned for some food journal posts this week and tomorrow I may have an announcement about a project I&#8217;ve been working on. </p>
<p>I have 8 minutes to get some water in.  Then it&#8217;s fast time. Good Night!</p>

<p>It really took every thing I had to keep putting the good  stuff in my pie hole! I wonder if this is my bodies back lash from the sugar  overload this weekend?  Who knows?</p>
