		<description>Nicole - This is why I like my trainer.... we do something different every time!  Sometimes weight, machines, toning exercises, the bosu, the ball, the robe, the kettle bell. You name it, we do it!  
Normally we do 2 total body workouts a week. Focusing on all major muscle groups. 

Not sure if that was much help. If I have time I&#039;ll have him jot a few down for me.</description>
