Shopping List
I’m really doing this for myself but figured I would share. This is pretty much what I buy or try to keep in stock at my house. I’m sure I forgot something so I may be adding to this in the future.

I just tried Trader Joe’s “Egg White Salad with Chives”, and it is sooooo good! Only 2 points for the whole tub. I could eat this by itself, but put it on top of Spinach Leaves for lunch. Just thought I’d give you a heads up if you hadn’t tried it yet!

Have you thought about including items from Sensible Portions? I believe all of our items fall into the 2 point range. We are launching a new item called “Cheating with Chocolate” that appears on our web site (www.sensibleportions.com) and will launch nationally in Costco in early 2009.
Some of the items that we have include Multi Grain crisps, 8 Grain Crisps, Veggie Crisps, Potato Crisps, Soy Crisps, Veggie Straws, Mini 100 Calorie Multi Grain Crisps, Pita Bite Crackers, and Pita Chips.

Roni, Love the site. I am also a huge TJ’s fan. I got the freeze dried fruit you suggested. They have a lot of options, but I did read the back of the bag!
One thing I found which was really yummy was their shu mai dumplings. 1 serving of 6 dumplings (and sauce) is 3 points! I love dumplings, so for me, these were totally worth it. They’d be a really nice addition to some stir fried veggies.
I also got a few different types of their frozen burgers (none more than 2 points). Their wheat hamburger rolls are 2 points too. It is a really nice filling lunch with some fruit or veggies.
Anyway, thanks for your shopping list. It’s definitely helpful!

I found this website, hopefully it will help me on my way to weight loss. I dont have the money or time to be able to go to Weight watchers. I have a friend who has been doing it. She has done wonderful. She just isnt always available to for all my questions. So thats hope that this list works. I do have a question. I have some very picky eaters at home is there simple meals that I can make for them with out having to go out of my way?
