Hi Roni. I just subscribed to your site today. I am 31. I used to have a great body - 120 lbs or so. I weighed less in high school, but I was happiest with my weight at 120. Last year I lost 10 lbs eating Lean Cuisines 3 times a day and working out for 1/2 an hour to an hour 3 times a week. That didn't last because I got lazy about the working out. Anyway, my question is, how do you know how many points a day you're supposed to be eating? I noticed in your daily entries you were eating about 25 to 30 points a day. I am probably near you in weight now (145 to 150 lbs), but I don't know if it is based on weight, sex, age or if all these things factor in. If you have answered this in FAQ already I apologize, but I read most of that and did not see it. Please let me know, when you have a chance to read this.

Thanks!

Hey there. I'm wanting to get a tummy tuck, it looks like we have a similar body build. How was your recovery? I've heard horror stories about swelling, sometimes over a year. Can you tell me when your swelling subsided?

Hey Roni! My husband and I are just now in the swing of things with getting healthy, and want to lose several pounds. Where would you suggest we start? I'd appreciate any advice, and I am open to hearing anything! Thanks so much!
