Seeing your before and after photos helps me to understand why people are so shocked when the see me now, after a 50 pound weight loss. You look gorgeous and remarkably different!

I too am back on weight watchers. Ive been on it before and when I lose about 10 or 15 pounds, I get off track and then I end up gaining back the pounds I lost plus some. Your site is wonderful. It’s nice to see the progress you have made and it is very inspiring. I love your recipes. Ive tried the salad topper recipe and love it. I have about 30 pounds to lose. Hopefully I can stay on track and reach my goal! Thanks for sharing all your recipes. Do you have one for chicken spagetti? If you do, could you please post it?

Kelly – nope.. the nose is all mine. :) My face did change a lot from the weight loss though.
