I recorded a few video sessions before the Chicago trip and now they seem really old to me. Isn’t that weird?!?
Anyway, a phone ring, a couple of odd word usages and just my normal babble. I have 2 more sessions in this recording that I’ll be sprinkling throughout the week.

Not sure if that is a sigh of relief or disappointment that I’m home. The Quaker weekend in Chicago was more then fun. It was fantastic! Every aspect of it. I don’t think I can even put it in words so I’m going to use a lot of pictures to tell the story of my Sunday in Chicago.

Dude, I’m HUNGRY! Seriously. I can’t figure out what to eat.
Here’s the story. You may want to hear about my FABULOUS DAY in Chicago but I’m not ready. LOL I have so many pictures to sift through and I’m waiting for a few friends to email me some shots from their cameras. Plus, seriously, I’m too wiped after the plane ride to recap it. As I sit here in my hotel room, in Chicago, at 6AM (don’t ask… I’m 700 miles away from the toddler but somehow I "hear" him - I think he has me trained) and reflect on the weekend so far, I decided to do a little search for a weekend quote.

For those of you that don’t know. Quaker invited a few bloggers to Chicago for a Quaker Weekend. You can read more about it on the Chicago here I Come! post.
Well I’ve spent the day with all my fellow (might I add AWESOME) bloggers learning about Quaker, oatmeal, heart health, healthy diets, cooking and I even me a Top Chef! I’ve been able to share my opinion and ask lots of questions (I think I talked the dietitians ear off) and overall have just been having an awesome time!

*phew* I’ve had the busiest morning EVER! I just finished posting Cold Brewed Cucumber Tea - Video Post for GreenLiteBites, which I recorded this morning. I cleaned up the kitchen for that and then messed it again making egg sandwiches for the husband and I for lunch. Then I recorded 2 more Ask Roni Videos and I’m actually making headway on my inbox.

A few weeks ago I reviewed POM Wildberry Light White Tea and loved the stuff. It was light, refreshing and a great alternative when you are just SICK of water. The only problem? the price tag. The POM blog people noticed were were discussion the price of the tea and offered to send me some coupons for readers.
