I got one for ya tonight, just one. The cleaning of the house is taking me over. I’m behind on email (again), have a few things backlogged and am, well, exhausted.

I’ve said a few times that I think most reputable diet plans work IF you follow them. For me, Weight Watchers made the most sense. I know other bloggers that are die hard South Beachers and still others that do their own thing and wouldn’t have it any other way.
