I had a good day. Started off with a run, relaxed a bit with family friends at Outback for dinner and I’m ready for tomorrow. Now all I need is sleep. :)

As I say in my GreenLiteBites post, last night I cooked for myself. After work I hit a yoga class so I was late getting home. I let the boys fend for themselves and then relaxed in the kitchen experimenting with some quinoa and bell peppers. The result? What you see above. (more…)

I met Dave at the Quaker Weekend back in 2008 where I annoyed the crap out of him asking question after question. Some how, even after that, he agreed to be the keynote at FitBloggin’10.

I was going to snap a simple picture for a Wordless Wednesday post and then I realized I had too much to say (as usual.) So instead I thought I’d give you a little tour of our living space at this very moment. Let me warn you, it’s a DISASTER ZONE!

Between the husband’s birthday weekend, Christmas in TWO DAYS (OMG), my full time job, the blogs, the conference, and just simply life, I have reached my breaking point.
