<p>Remember last night? <span id="more-11645"></span> You almost mindlessly polished of an entire box of Triscuits and you weren&#8217;t even hungry. You were bored. You were tired. You just wanted something salty. </p>
<p>Now what&#8217;s happening? You&#8217;re feeling sorry for yourself? Mad at your back? Frustrated? Overwhelmed? A little funk rolling in? </p>
<p>Let&#8217;s face the feelings and and not stuff them down with some processed, <em>easy-to-go-overboard-on</em> pantry snack.</p>
<p>See that fruit basket over there? Yea.. you bought all that for a reason.</p>

Now, you know tomorrow kicks off the holiday festivities. Instead of driving yourself crazy take the week off from food journaling. NO, this is not an invitation to binge for a week. It&#8217;s about trusting yourself and living in the moment. </p>
