I don’t have much in me tonight but I thought I’d take a minute to share my past two days on Whole30.
I have to admit, it hasn’t been has hard (so far) as I thought it would be. I miss cheese for sure! But it’s only 30, I mean 26 days!
Overall I’m feeling great. I was a little tired and weak during today’s workout. I think I need to eat something when I go in early.
There’s 39 members in my Whole30 Group on MFP. How are you guys doing?!?
Oh! and if you’re curious, it’s 4 days soda-free for The Husband. His longest stretch ever!
