That’s my CrossFit Level 1 Training class.

Day two is complete. After another exhausting day of lectures, demos and workouts I had to take a 55-question multiple-choice test. I can’t lie. It was TOUGH! I should get the results in about a week.

Regardless if I passed or not it was fun and I learned a ton. I would recap a little but I just don’t have it in me.

It’s time to watch The Walking Dead with The Husband.

Today’s Food Journal…

Breakfast: At hotel — omelet with ham, sausage, mushrooms, spinach and onions with a bit of oatmeal on the side topped with cinnamon and maple syrup.

Lunch: At a restaurant — chicken, rice, beans and a salad with avocado.


Dinner: I grabbed a ham and cheese wrap on the way home, something I could eat in the car. I just wanted to get home!

Snack: Bowl of homemade turkey soup and a hot cocoa with the kids when I got home.
