Those were my attempts at a selfie with him after yesterday’s 9-hour solo drive.  I was just ecstatic to be out of the car and getting doggy kisses!

This morning I hit a local crossFit affiliate before starting the day.

I’m planning on going again tomorrow. It’s a great gym!

After breakfast, we headed to training and started going over commands.

The best part of the day was when Judy and I got to play with the puppies!

She was in HEAVEN!

As for Cowboy, well, overall he’s one chill dude.

He’s so cute and just wonderful with my niece. We have a lot of work ahead of us but I think we’ll be just fine.

On our way home we stopped for groceries and I whipped up dinner at the hotel. This trip is inspiring a series of posts on GreenLiteBites I’m calling Hotel-Cooking.  Click here for meal 1

Pulling light, quick meals together is, for some reason, really fun for me. I like the challenge in it.

Ok, that’s all I have in me tonight. I wanted to get to bed earlier since The Husband isn’t around to distract me and here I am staying up late anyway. Maybe it’s not his fault after all. ;)

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Glad that you made it safely and that you’re getting some puppy love. Love the concept of hotel cooking – looking forward to seeing what you’ve come up with. And I can never seem to go to bed early, in a hotel room, either. For me it’s the thrill of having a tv in the bedroom (we don’t have one at home). Dumb though, cause it’s not like I never watch tv. ;-). Good luck with training and glad that it’s starting out well!

I Love Cowboy, I love Doggies (and Horses). You new header so succinctly and accurately encapsulates your Journey in pictures, and the tag line adds the epiphanous mindshift -Brilliant!:)
