It’s never good. lol

My hair is cracking me up!

A friend took that video Saturday morning when I was working out with his wife. I’m doing GHD sit ups which were the last part of a partner workout. It was crazy but fun.

I totally forgot I have a CrossFit competition this Saturday. I have no high hopes besides a fun day with some friends. It will be a great distraction from the FitBloggin‘ planning.

That’s all I’ve got tonight. It was a super productive day! :)

Food Journal

  • 8:15 a.m. Smoothie made with avocado, pineapple, spinach, yogurt, coconut and almond milk
  • 9:15 a.m. Chicken jerky – 1 of these.
  • 1 p.m. Hot and sour soup, green salad with ginger dressing, sashimi, California roll, spring roll
  • 5:30 p.m. 2-3 avocado cookies I made yesterday.
  • 7 p.m. Breakfast for dinner – scrambled eggs with breakfast sausage and spinach, waffles made with this pancake batter and watermelon.
  • 9:30 p.m. Pineapple

Activity Journal

  • 6 a.m. Workout – 500m row and stretching
    Front Squat
    5 @ 33 lbs
    5 @ 83 lbs
    5 @ 103 lbs
    5 @ 123 lbs
    5 @ 118 lbs
    5 @ 118 lbs
    5 @ 118 lbs
    Workout was a combination of 35 lb kettle bell swings, burpees, and sit ups. I did 200 reps over 12 minutes.
  • 5:30 p.m. 1-mile run with Ryan (#milestreak) to pick up Evan and then the 3 of us walked home.

    You appear to be in good shape. I don’t think I could do your Food Journal or your Activity Journal. I wish you the best of luck in the Cross Fit competition.
