How’s everyone doing? I’m on #milestreak day 11! I have either walked or ran an extra mile a day since I announced the challenge. I love the extra nudge trying to keep a streak gives me. It’s fun.

This morning Evan and I even walked in the rain to school. That’s how addicted we are to walking now.

Ok, that’s all I have tonight. I just wanted to pop in and share my journal and see how everyone was doing.

  • 6 a.m. 500m row and stretching for warmup
    Strength was 3 Power Cleans (touch and go) I did:
    3 @ 53 lbs
    3 @ 73 lbs
    3 @ 83 lbs
    3 @ 103 lbs
    2 @ 123 lbs
    3 @ 118 lbs
    3 @ 103 lbs
    3 @ 103 lbs
    3 @ 103 lbs
    I did today’s workout in 11:22 as prescribed:
    30 dead lifts @ 93 lbs
    5 shuttle sprints
    30 dead lifts @ 133 lbs
    5 Shuttle Sprints
    30 dead lifts @ 163 lbs <– hard as CRAP but I did it. :)
  • 9:30 a.m. 2 mile walk to and from Evan’s school
  • 4 p.m. 1 mile run for #milestreak and yoga at my neighbors house!

    Well my original goal was to walk every morning but on June 1 I slept through my alarm. So I thought quick and decided to change it up to hitting 10K steps a day every day. Most days I can hit 8K without trying but only 1 or 2 times a week can I hit 10K without thinking about it and putting in extra effort. So far, so good! Even though it meant a 15 minute walk at 9:30pm after boot camp one night I did it!

    Doing great so far!! I’ve gone every day in June so far. I’ve decided to make sure that I run the whole mile instead of walk as well. I seem to be able to go longer every day! It’s fun having this #milestreak to work at!
