Food Journal

  • 5:45 a.m. homemade date nut bar
  • 7 a.m. Post-workout shake (1 scoop)
  • 9:30 a.m. Apple with homemade sun butter  and cheese and crackers with Evan
  • 12:30 p.m. Chipotle – Salad with black beans, chicken, light on the cheese, some salsa and guac
  • 4 p.m. Avocado pudding but made with maple syrup — Saved half for late night snack. :)
  • 6 p.m. Roasted Chicken, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and a baked potato
  • 9 p.m. The other half of my pudding and some chamomile tea

Activity Journal

  • 6 a.m.: Warm up (500m row, ring rows, push ups)
    Bench Press
    10 @ 33lbs
    10 @ 68lbs
    10 @ 78lbs
    10 @ 88lbs
    10 @ 93lbs
    8 @ 98lbs <– I didn’t think I could do it but I did!
    Workout: (Took me 19:48 — I was the slowest one of the day but I did it!)
    20 Push Jerk @83lbs (rx was 95 – I backed off — not feeling 100%)
    25 GHD Sit Ups
    30 Dead Lifts @83lbs
