Weekend Quote: Not a Life Sentence

3 Comments 1594 views

Just popping in to share my journal and this quote…

“Low self-confidence isn’t a life sentence. Self-confidence can be learned, practiced, and mastered–just like any other skill. Once you master it, everything in your life will change for the better.” Barrie Davenport

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

I love that quote. So often I have heard that you can be happy, you just have to work at it. My own self-confidence has been in the toilet most of my life. But as I grow older it gets better. The healthier I get physically the better my emotional self gets.

IT’s so true and for happiness too! I mean you can’t just flip a switch but you can take small steps to build happiness and confidence!

Wonderful quote, and a perfect day for me to read it. Thank you Roni. By the way, sunflower seeds in a salad (in your food journal above) is SO delicious. I always forget that.
