So Me…

I immediately smiled when I saw that. I’m usually the only mom in the bouncy castles at birthday parties. Life is too short not to bounce!

Anyway, just popping in to share the food journal. Another good day. Still no real change. I miss broccoli.

  1. 2 Banana Almond Oat Pancakes and a hard boiled egg
  2. Blueberry Coconut Smoothie
  3. The last of my Low-FODMAP Style Stuffed-Pepper Soup
  4. Cucumber Blueberry Bites — see photo
  5. London broil, roasted red potatoes, and green beans
  6. Orange

Off to watch The Rover with The Husband!

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

(Hi! Long time reader, first time commenter :) ) Have you tried cutting out peppers? I find them, along with onion and garlic, to be my biggest triggers. Hope you get a resolution soon!

Ellen – I’m woke up today thinking the same thing… maybe it’s the peppers.

ugh.. it’s like all my favorite HEALTHY foods. It sucks. :(

Anyway, thanks for commenting. I appreciate it!

My goal as a mom one day is to DEFINITELY be that mom! I’d rather be the mom who has fun in the bounce house with my kids than the mom who dresses skankier than my 18 year old daughter and acts like i’m the teenager..just saying! ;)

Have you tried probiotics? I have had IBS since I was three years old!! The only thing that I’ve ever found that worked for me is probiotic supplements. I’ve tried the FODMAP diet and just about everything else with no luck. The probiotics were actually recommended by my doctor. Flora Q is the best brand (and the one I was recommended), but they just went out of business! Some brands are better than others…the ones you get at a health food store that need to be refrigerated or ones from a good pharmacy that are freeze dried tend to be best. The ones in the vitamin aisle are pretty worthless I’ve found. Probiotics aren’t very stable so if they aren’t freeze dried or refrigerated, they lose their efficacy pretty quick. It may not work for you, but I thought I would throw the idea out there.

I forgot to mention that some people have success with the brand Align, but they didn’t work well for me.
