It’s been a super active Friday! After my daily trip to the gym I picked up the kids and we headed to SkyZone, an indoor trampoline park.
Talk about a workout! They have a a free jump area, dodgeball courts, basketball dunk lanes and a foam pit…
The kids had a blast and honestly, so did I. I’m getting more confident with my jumps but boy it takes practice! I really wanted to do a flip into the foam pit but I just can’t! I think it’s more mental than anything. I’ll get it… one day.
After our jump-fest we hit a deli for lunch and I tried to make the smartest decision I could…
It was SO good.
I spend some time researching the FODMAP thing today and came across this great article and corresponding food list. I still haven’t jumped right in but I’m definitely cleaning up my diet, avoiding dairy and watching my grains.
Other than that I carved out some time to post the Maryland Crab Ball recipe on GreenLiteBites.
Now I’m off to watch Orange is the New Black. The Husband and I are halfway through the second season. I’m hooked!
