Dear Sensational Sunday Before Thanksgiving:

Thank you for being relaxing, laid back and rejuvenating. Having The 3-Year-Old sleep in was a great way to kick things off and it really just got better from there.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Funny that you run listening to Jillian!

I took advantage of the great weather in Ohio on Sunday (almost 60 degrees!) with a run listening to one of your podcasts.

Raked and bagged leaves- hopefully for the last time this year! I guess it will be snow next time. :)

Spent two hours cleaning the house: vacuuming, washing dishes, folding clothes, washing and drying clothes. Then turned on the Zumba on the Wii and danced with the kids for an hour. We love that game. I shared my moment of thanks here: https://www.facebook.com/kmoore82/posts/760866980635006

Just need to commit on how much I enjoy reading your blog, Roni. You are truthful and that is very refreshing. Congratulations on completing your marathon! I totally backed your idea on running the full…regardless of training. Keep up the great work!

I made sure I got in my 30 minute PiYo DVD. With all the snow & cold lately, I’ve been confined to doing indoor exercise. Of course there is nothing like a little snow to give a mini cardio workout!
