You only ran part of tonights training run because you just weren’t feeling it. It’s not that big of a deal. You’ve been killing your training schedule overall. You just needed a break.

On another note, great job on keeping up the journal. Your food choices have been awesome! These made the perfect sweet bite after dinner and you already finished all the produce from this weeks grocery trip! Oh! And you made that sweet potato and sausage casserole to last the next few days!
Now get to bed. I don’t care that it’s only 9 p.m., your body is telling you it needs more rest.
