After my week of boardwalk indulgences, I’ve decided not to focus on calories or quantity as much as quality of my food choices. I’m not keeping a traditional food journal and I didn’t take any photos, but this is pretty much a complete list of everything I consumed today.

Not bad, right?
Visiting a farm stand on the way home from the beach and having Mom bring up some of her garden harvest has really helped.
It seems when I have healthy food on hand I eat healthy foods. Go figure!
