Hey guys! I’m still killing it in the step department.
I swear it’s keeping me sane during a really crazy time. I have no idea where I am in the challenge but I think I’m close. I’ll figure it out tomorrow.
Anyway, I just had to pop to tell you The Husband, MY HUSBAND, came into my office this morning and asked if I wanted to go for a walk. I nearly fell out of my chair. It seems all my #wycwyc talk is finally rubbing of on him. He’s even snacking on watermelon right now instead of his normal Twix bars!
I’m in the zone, too. I was thinking of sharing my food journals again but I just have too much going on right now to make the commitment.

- I FINALLY posted about Bermuda on the travel blog.
- I got the recipe up for those Sunbutter, Maple and Dried Blueberry Energy Balls on GreenLiteBites.
- And I posted a bit more about the session at FitBloggin, specifically podcasting. Hopefully I’ll have an updated agenda tomorrow.
I think that’s it. Oh! Besides my new run streak! I’m trying to run at least a mile a day this month. I kicked it off Sunday with a 3-mile run and today I did a quick mile before I started working. I’m using Runkeeper to track and loving it!
OK, that’s really it. I’ve got another early day tomorrow. With my new crazy schedule I’ve been getting up at 5:30 to get to the gym.
