YOWZA! That’s a LOT of sitting!

But… good job on getting up early, getting to the gym and then padding your stressful workday with TWO 1-mile runs. You may be exhausted now but this feeling of satisfaction at the end of the day is totally worth it.

Now it’s time to chill ’cause you know tomorrow is more of the same.
