I did it! Again! And I feel awesome!

Funny enough it’s been one of my busiest weeks too! It’s amazing how easy it is to get more steps when you simply make the effort to incorporate more activity throughout the day with things as simple as pacing while on the phone. I’ve also been getting a short run in every morning and that’s been helping a lot!

    I managed to get 135,568! I went for a 5 hour hike yesterday that got me over 35,000 for that day :) Thanks for the motivation!

    Heading to bed with 100,232 steps for the week!! I never thought I’d be able to hit 100,000 steps. Most days it’s hard for me to get to 10k. Really pushed it this week and am so proud! Thanks!!

    Thanks for the push! I get up everyday to workout at 4 a.m. To do Beachbody Insanity and sometimes I think that’s all I needed. This pushed me to keep moving in the evenings and take walks with the family! My total was 100,863.

    104,069! I didn’t come close last one but I made it this time! Doing demo on our house the first half of the week then a trip to Vancouver involving lots of walking around made it pretty easy – well, the work wasn’t easy but I did it and the steps added up quickly.

    Thanks for the challenge Roni!
    I made it-104,052 steps. I ran/walked my dog on my favorite trail yesterday. It’s a longer trail and I haven’t taken the time for it since last year. The challenge was a good excuse to make time for it. My dog thanks you too :)

    I am proud to say I completed the challenge. Traveling to New Orleans helped as I got in steps each day exploring the downtown area.

    103,456! I LOVE that you do this!! And if you pick me I plan on giving the fitbit to a dear friend who has been struggling. Her husband was my trainer but she has been struggling with motivation. She does have a competitive spirit though so I thought adding her to the fit bit community might be just the thing she needs to start!!

    I was camping for 4 of the days and it was 250 steps round-trip just to the BR/showers

    I made the goal!! I didn’t know if I could do it with travelling, but I did. It included a lot of marching the last evening to get to goal. Plus I got to watch a bunch of episodes of Parks and Recreation. I also ran 18 miles this week! I even met some wildlife on the way…our trail rabbit, 3 deer and yes a adolescent cougar! Yikes!

    I forgot to wear my fitbit on the last day! I know I didn’t quite make it to 100k but hell, every step counts and I sure got more in than I would have without the challenge. That sounds like a win to me! :)

    Not nearly as well as I’d hoped. One day I spent sitting in the waiting room while my mom had day surgery. Suppose I could have left and walked, but I didn’t. My total for the week is 92,835. Wish I met the 100K goal.
    Though I must say, I enjoyed the fresh air, the sunshine when I walked and the dog did too!

    I made it!!! Even dealing with a sick cat and family drama, I managed 116,935. Yup, I even went OVER. Wooooo! This was fun! Also, my sick cat says “hi” to everyone. :)
