Rock Wall Climbing doesn’t wrack up steps but MAN is it fun!!  You have to carve out time to get there more. It makes you happy.

Good job on the steps today but you are going to have to step (pun intended) it up!

    My steps for Wed were 11,094 – low for me, but I know today will be great, already at 7K by 10am. Keep stepping!

    My steps for Weds.were 19,565. Not only am I taking every opportunity to move I had dinner in the city last night and walking to and from dinner added a lot of steps. So far I’m over 54,000 for Mon – Weds. Woo hoo!

    63000 at the start of today! Not bad. Need to get in 18000 Saturday and Sunday. Well on my way today!
