Good work keeping yourself accountable with the food journal. You needed a little structure.

Nice job rearranging your schedule to get a trip to the gym in even though your morning routine was disrupted.

And finally, it’s time to start running again. You’ve given your leg plenty of time to heal. Sneak in at least a mile tomorrow. If your leg doesn’t cooperate, walk. A mile is a mile is a mile.

What’s that you say? The weather’s bean crappy?

Suck it up, buttercup.

    Thanks, Roni, I needed this today. I’ve had a rough couple of weeks (2 funerals, same week, husband in accident, brother getting divorced) but I tried to keep consistent with journaling and exercise throughout. Although it wasn’t my best but at least I kept up within amid all the stress. Now it’s time to suck it up and get back to it.
