We did awesome.

That’s my partner and me after the second workout of The Gemini Games — our best one.

The scaled competition was three workouts – you can see them here if interested — each one a 10-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible.)

I thought we did great right after the first round but was disappointed to find out we only took 9th place. The next workout we killed. And the final one we couldn’t have done any better.

The Husband was able to come by for the first workout and took a couple of clips.

Competing for the second time — click here to see my first — has solidified my love of CrossFit. I so enjoy the challenge of it and these events.

I can’t wait to do it again!

Oh! and I couldn’t let the #2014RunStreak die, so after the kids went to bed I sneaked in a relaxing mile and then walked a little to reflect on the day.

It was nice.

Update: I was so exhausted that after I typed “It was nice” I got up and walked to my bed like a zombie. Then I proceeded to sleep like a baby. :)

Wow, I have to say, you make it looks so easy! And I’m sure you’re working your butt off, so that is a great accomplishment! :)
