How I Burned 150 Calories Tonight…

That is how I try to end most nights. We shut off the TV, blast the music and do at least 15 minutes to a half-hour of dance cleaning.

Tonight, according to my Fitbit, our little dance party helped me burn 150 calories.

Way more than I would have if the TV was on!

In other news… I was hoping to get my weird banana idea up on GreenLiteBites today but it just didn’t happen. I did post about my fun excursion in L.A. last week AND by this time next week we’ll have a new FitBloggin‘ site! YAY!

I’m not promising a post tomorrow. I have lots of things to do before my trip to Denver on Wednesday. I’ll be there scoping out hotels for FitBloggin’15. Crazy, right? I can’t believe it either!

    A question: can you use a fitbit just to count your steps without using a computer (I am not a computer person) In 10 yrs. I have not found anything that will count my steps right. I thought maybe something I wear on my wrist would work??

      The One and The FOrce both had displays so you don’t NEED the computer to see your steps but to set them up and change them you do.

      I do love the wrist option of the Force!

    I do have a question about the programming of the Fitbit. I have the Flex and have had it since about 2 weeks before they came out with the Force and was looking at the personal settings area and noticed it has a place to put in what your stride length and running stride lengths are….how do you measure your stride length and running stride length?
