I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.
However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Roni, you do make me laugh! I discovered your blog a few weeks ago on DailyMail.com through an article about your stolen photos. For some reason I thought of your weightloss story this morning, found your site again and have been reading it for the past half hour. Your experiences – weight wise at least – mirror mine to a large extent. Denial, fat-arm phobia, superwoman complex – that’s me all over. And I live thousands of miles away in Pretoria, South Africa. Your posts are inspirational, and they’ve given me a newfound insight into what makes me tick and what it’s going to take to get back to my ideal weight. Self-acceptance and kindness is the key, and it’s time to stop avoiding mirrors. I also have two small children and want to be a great role model for them, especially my daughter. I’m eating a crunchy apple as I type, and resolve to have fun dancing with the kids tonight! Thanks for the inspiration and for sharing your happiness:-)
