I can’t believe I did it! ESPECIALLY with FitBloggin‘ in the mix, but I did. I ran at least 1 mile every day since Memorial day. It was called the Summer #RWRunStreak and it was EXACTLY what I needed to get excited about running again.

… if I want to that is, and I do. I can’t express how much happier and well adjusted I feel when I’m this active. As cheesy as it sounds, I truly believe movement is nature’s antidepressant and stress reliever.
I think I may see how long I can keep this streak up. Who’s with me? Any other finishers out there? I know I had some walkers joining in. Let’s start a new streak for the month of July!
