I can’t believe I’m blogging at 1 a.m. in Portland after wrapping up FitBloggin’13. My head is spinning right now. I’m filled with so much gratitude, I can’t even explain it. Everything needs to stew for a few days. The conference was more successful than I ever imagined.
That being said, I wanted to share my day. It is, or was, a Sensational Sunday after all!
I woke up bright and early, again, to make sure all was in place for the morning events.
Sunday is the last day of the conference. It’s our Fun Run and Goodbye breakfast. I don’t participate but I have fun seeing everyone embark and come back all smiley.
That was my mom’s group. They walked the 5k! Honestly, I’d love to list everyone and link to blogs but it’s too late. Please forgive me.
Here’s Jen, Carrie and Erin.
These three ladies were amazing all weekend and I worked them to the bone!
More people I want to introduce you to and link.
I call this group the hardcores. More on them later.
OK, last photo of our morning. I have to share this even though I’m falling asleep and need to get to the rest of the day. While we were cleaning up I made a reference to the Ship My Pants video and we realized Jen never saw it. This was her reaction watching it.
Once everything was done I decided to take the day off and disconnect for the most part. We piled in the back of a car and headed to Multnomah Falls.

When we got back I relaxed with some chocolate,
Skyped with the boys,
and took a nap.
Then we met a group for dinner,
snuck in a run (well I did,)
and hit a movie.
I have SO many more photos I wanted to share, but I have to get to sleep. It’s 1:30! Thankfully I don’t have to set my alarm tomorrow for 5:30 a.m. like I had since I got here.
Good night. I hope you all had a great weekend and I’m sorry I went AWOL for awhile. :)
