My blogging here may be light this week. Little Guy is on Spring Break and I’m blogging over on TheUnwordlyTravelers about our adventures and FitBloggin’ is entering crazy, insane time. It’s less than 3 months away! Yikes!

Anyway, I’ll still be around but I’m giving myself permission to take it easy this week. I’m learning how important that really is – permission. Sometimes you just have to make a decision without guilt or pressure or stress. Like right now, I’m going to bed even though I have a few things I should probably attend to. They’ll just have be on the top of my list for tomorrow because I’m tired and I’m getting up early to hit the gym.

    This doesn’t really have to do with today’s post and you may have already posted about this in the past, but I am curious what you eat (if anything) before you workout in the mornings. Especially when you’re doing an intense workout like Cross Fit. I am a morning exerciser and sometimes I’m hungry when I get out of bed, but don’t like eating because I’m not ready for food that early. Just curious your thoughts on that. Thanks! Love your blog.

      Hi Jill! I’m an empty stomach girl that early unless I wake up hungry and then it’s a banana on the way. I’m the same with early morning runs.
