Love your podcasts, Roni. Thanks for keeping it real. I recently went through and deleted almost all my “healthy living” blogs in my reader, but kept you because you’re a genuine and realistic source of health inspiration for me. I’m glad you’re in such a happy place!
Great podcast. I want to echo Lara’s sentiments exactly. There are so many weightloss blogs out there, so many ideas. For a while I was trying to follow a bunch but after a while it all became noise. They were actually distracking me instead of helping me! I too cleaned house and only kept yours and one other one. You’re honest, you’re real and you are such a motivation! Even when I’m not doing “good” myself and I just feel so hopeless, you’ll post something that will ring so true for me. Thank you so much! And great job with the Tough Mudders! You’re a rock star.
Great podcast Roni. That was my favorite one yet! The fact that you’ve had such success in your transition to fitness and healthy eating, and that you’ve done it in such a realistic way (no gimmicks or restrictive diets required!), is what makes you so inspiring to me. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us, and keep up the great work :)
