I just sat down did it! Now I remember how fun they are. Please excuse my makeup-less face and messy hair. I grabbed the only 25 minutes I had today then waited until the kids were in bed to process and upload it.

Oh, and stay tuned (or fast-forward) to the end, someone makes a special grumpy appearance. :)

Topics in this video include:

  • Perimenopausal Questions
  • Eating Dinner Right Before Bed
  • Do you NEED Weight Watchers Meetings?
  • Free Fruit and the Last Few Pounds

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Great questions… I totally agree with your advice on the weight watchers meetings and the free fruit. After doing ww for 6 years now, I haven’t been able to keep off the last few pounds. Recently, I started counting calories to compare with my weight watchers points. It is pretty close, but things like free fruit can really effect, especially when you are running out of wiggle room. Very eye opening.

Thanks so much for casting! I’m not having any of these specific problems, but it is so great to hear you talking about making little adjustments and changes to habits to really kick things back into gear. Really motivating :) Thanks again! (Also, how adorable is little bean?! So cute!)
