Note to Self…

You know you are human right? You’re getting sick. Take it seriously. Your health is the foundation that allows you to do everything you want and need to do.

Now get your butt to the doctor and take the time you need to take to get better.

Update: Got my butt off the couch and went to Urgent Care. Bronchitis and a uti. Ugh.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

The impressive thing about this is the fact that you don’t develop those conditions over night (do you?) which means you were sick when you did the Mudder. You are one crazy Mudder. ;)

Smart to get to the doc early. Think about how much worse you would have felt with both of those things if you had played the wait & see game! Now rest your butt off!!
