    I thought if I could just get a 150 pds off I would be extremely happy and just try my best to maintain that–but after spending about 7 months with you I now know I can get more off this 5’2 frame!!! You just make things seem more possible every time I stop by. It is really thanks to all you share and I know it’s appreciated by so many because I read every comment made on every Wed. Weigh-in and people really pour their hearts out on Wednesdays. So thank you and your family for all they do to inspire us–Happy New Year!!!
