Note to Self…

Nice job kick starting 2013. It didn’t start quite as planned but you didn’t let that deter you from your goals.

Things will get better, they always do. Pat yourself on the back for…

…getting out of your comfort zone at breakfast…

…prepping for the week…

…Running the Resolution 5k…

…snacking smart…

…committing to #PlankAday…

…continuing #YogaAday…

…and keeping your cool.

I thought if I could just get a 150 pds off I would be extremely happy and just try my best to maintain that–but after spending about 7 months with you I now know I can get more off this 5’2 frame!!! You just make things seem more possible every time I stop by. It is really thanks to all you share and I know it’s appreciated by so many because I read every comment made on every Wed. Weigh-in and people really pour their hearts out on Wednesdays. So thank you and your family for all they do to inspire us–Happy New Year!!!
