I don’t have much time but I wanted to pop in real quick and share my results from the Celtic Solstice 2012 5 Miler. I ran it in 45:55 that’s a 9:11 mile average! I’m shocked!
Since I was there alone I decided to do a quick vlog.
As I say in the video. It’s been a few weeks since I ran and this is exactly why I keep at least 1 event a month scheduled. It helps keep running in my life even when I may be able to do it on a regular basis.
Next I’ll be registering for the Resolution Run and then it’s time to scope out a few other events for 2013 including some Tough Mudders! I told you, I really am obsessed with them. :)
Oh! and I loved getting a fun location for today’s #YogaADay! This is the Half Boat Pose AKA Ardha Navasana over Baltimore.
I shot it by propping my phone up with my iPod on the ledge. I really love the challenge of taking these photos. It’s so fun!
Ok, got to go. After hearing the horrible news yesterday we spent last night together as family doing crafts and went out to dinner. Then after the race this morning I took the kids to a birthday party and grocery shopping. I’m whipped BUT we have a babysitter coming for date night. Life’s too short. I’ll rest tomorrow.
