I love having a creative trainer for a friend. We workout every Saturday and do completely different and fun workouts. I say “fun” but what I really mean is challenging, in a good way of course. ;) Remember all my tough muddier training videos? Yeah, that was him. He enjoys inventing new routines and I enjoy trying them out. We make a good team.
Anyway, this was his latest invention and I thought it was clever.
