Note to Self…

You had an AMAZING Thanksgiving!

You rocked the Turkey Trot 5k.

Dinner was perfect.

Memories were made.

Stop worrying about how much you ate. Stop worrying about “getting back on track.” Take these days. Enjoy them. This is life and it’s wonderful!

Be grateful.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

I can’t help but notice… your husband looks like a doll there! So sweet all spiffed up! :)

Roni, your Thanksgiving plate looks incredible!!! I showed it to my husband to prove that a holiday dinner can be healthy and feel “indulgent” all at once. Did you take a photo of your dessert plate too? :) Also, just wanted to tell you that I think you look so beautiful in your 5k run photo …. you look twenty years old!!!

I bow to anyone who could cook for a dozen, PLUS work in a 5K in the morning. Enjoy the memory of any and all of the food you cooked and ate, including any leftovers!
