I had some technical issues but finally upgraded my video recording software and it’s all better now and I’m already looking forward to getting back into a regular schedule.

    Thank you for the reminder of the scale being just a number. For me the scary weight is 189. I always seem to get there but never truly get out of the 180’s. A few years ago I hit 179 and let myself go. It’s so odd but it’s like I’m scared to move on. I don’t get it, it’s just so weird.
