If you are keeping score this is our 4th weigh in together. Have you logged each week? Made your goal a priority? Even with my little vacation, I’m down a total of 3.2 lbs since we started. Sure I’m up a little today but it’s NO BIG DEAL. This isn’t Biggest Loser, this is my life, and there’s going to be s’more filled weekends and times when my gym cancels class. My family’s gonna want to order in for dinner and I may have to stay up late to get work done.
So I’ll take my 3.2 lb loss over these 4 weeks because I EARNED that 3.2 lbs by making small choices that added up over time.
I know so many who get frustrated and then throw their hands up, like 3 lbs is’t worth it but it is! I can honestly say I’d rather lose a little or even maintain if it means I’m active and happy and in control.
So no whining this week. We are in this for the long haul right? There’s no going back now!
