Ok, so you missed a workout today. You do have to sleep now and then, you know. The conference is a mere month away. It’s going to start getting REAL crazy around here, especially considering you have no child care next week. Take a deep breath. Do what you can when you can. It will all work out in the end.
On a side note: Good job on the food journal today. Yes that is pizza in the fridge. You don’t need it. You aren’t hungry. Warm it up for lunch tomorrow and enjoy it guilt free. There’s no reason to eat it now. You’re tired not hungry. Wrap this up and go to sleep.
As for tomorrow, shoot for a nice run in the morning, pick up the farm share and be present with the kids. The work’s not going anywhere.
