You think, maybe, the stress of the conference is starting to weigh on you? You’re eating a little bit more, yelling a little bit more, sleeping a little less.

Take a deep breath, and remember food does NOT make the stress go away.

Wake up a little early and go for a run tomorrow morning. Don’t let the fact that the gym is closed this week to stop working out. You know how much of a stress realiver it is. You always feel better throughout the day after a morning workout so make. it. happen.
