Challenging yet fun day today. I have a few deadlines and working at home with the kids it’s quite the juggling act. I did what I can during nap but other than that decided to be present with them instead of distracted at both work and home.
We played legos, built train tracks and went for a nice long walk. Tomorrow I have child care and I plan on taking full advantage. I have to catch up on GreenLiteBites posts and I have a ton of FitBloggin tasks to complete not to mention a client deadline. *deep breath* I’ll get done what I get done, right?
Anyway, here’s the food journal. I’m just about to post 5 Back to Basics Weight Loss Tips too. Stay tuned.
Oh! and the tire. I almost forgot! The tire was part of my morning workout. I had to drag it across the parking lot. All 160lbs of it. At least now I know if I ever kill my husband I’ll be able to tranport the body. ;)

|Skinny Noodles with a bit of olive oil, garlic and basil||They sent me the noodles to try. Not sure what I think yet. Will write about them again.|
|Banana soft serve just like this||Honestly, my "reward" after the kids went to bed and I savored every bite.|
