I’m sucked into Newsroom on HBO so I’m going to make short.
My day started by making breakfast for all my boys. Yes even the husband who’s been making an effort to get up earlier.
On the menu, French Toast sprinkled with Chia seeds.
I sauteed up some kale and bacon bits for an omelet too.
Breakfast is still and will always be my favorite part of day. (Since having kids.)
Post breakfast laundry clean up. We finally got smart and started it on Saturday.
A little post breakfast dancing. :)
That’s some greek yogurt with frozen blueberries, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
Off to the store with our reusable bags.
Lunch was this amazing salad from Wendy’s.
Shocker I know.

It was a great morning but an even better afternoon.
Little Bean went down for nap and The Husband took Little Guy to the driving range.
I did this…
Yup. Mess be damned. I took a nap.
Then I woke up and made this…
When Little Guy woke up it was walking time!
We headed out for about 45 minutes.
Dinner was a smashing success in the eyes of this Momma. I made quesadilla loaded with good stuff…
That’s kale, pinto beans, onion, cilantro, and a bit of ground beef.
They result was amazing!
Everyone ate them too. (That’s avocado in there too!)
I’m still in a state of shock. Nothing makes me feel better then getting good food in my boys. :)
After dinner, a bit more dancing.
