That’s all I got in me tonight. :)

Food
What Why
Slice of whole grain rye bread with PB and sugar free jelly Just didn’t feel like cooking after my run.
Lunch at Red Robin: Chicken Sandwich on a lettuce bun (minus mayo plus cheese and quac) and sweet potato fries I do so much better when I skip the bread. Especially crap bread. I’d rather wait and eat it when I get a chance to eat the GOOD stuff. Plus then I can enjoy yummy sweet potato fries guilt free.
handful of popcorn and ONE swedish fish car snacks on the ride home from Moms
Kitchen Sink Rainbow Chard Wraps (click here to see how I made them) It was a leftover night but there wasn’t enough for me so I made these for me as an experiment.
Diet Cherry Snowball We took the boys to play minigolf and hit the snow cones window
Deli ham and Laughing Cow cheese roll ups I was truly hungry and didn’t want to mindlessly hit the pantry. This was snacky without going overboard.
Activity
2 mile hilly run
Water
not bad for a travel day.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Went to pick up my 1st share at the farm last Saturday. We got 2 heads of bok choy, 2 kale, 5 red leaf lettuce,
2 napa cabbage and 3 escarole! I spent ALL DAY preparing food (there’s only two of us)! I was exhausted. Learning to eat (maybe not love) greens, and looking forward to a little more variety this week hopefully. Looks like journaling is really working for you – good for you!

    New here!

HOW did you manage with ONE Swedish fish?! Those send me into a spiral… I once stopped at a CVS, bought a bag, ate most, and then headed to a spinning class. That’s when I knew I had a problem.

Let’s just say I’m in the ZONE! Momentum has me. The Swedish fish were just not worth it. That being said they have been quite a nemesis of mine in the past. The husband is a feind for them too!

I would love to go to a place that has DIET snowcones!

I know you are tracking Roni – but are you following ‘a plan’ or your own plan. I still can’t get into the points+ plan.

I’m just following my own plan. I should probably post about it. Then again, maybe I should weight until a few more weigh ins to see if it’s working. ;)

I love that you don’t just do a normal, typical food journal. And that you write WHY! I’m going to start doing that. Love it.

I just started following your blog and now my husband and I are obsessed with Laughing Cow chesses. I went to the grocery store last night and bought 5 different wheels of the light flavors. They go on everything! You can tell Laughing Cow that you definitely made me a new customer!!

No target, going by instinct. It’s only one day.
