I’m spent. Nothing left. It was a jam packed day so I’m going to let my photos do most of the talking after I share my morning run…

Chart from Nike+

I have a 10 miler scheduled in two weeks so I thought I best be starting to run again. I’ve been inconsistent since the mudder. It’s time to get my training groove back. I’ll post more about this later, on to today’s Photos.

Breakfast…

Walking Practice…

Walk to the grocery store…

LUNCH!

Boxing at a Birthday party…

My budding photographer (and new minifigures. :)

Herbs in our small container garden…

Laundry and Golf…

Bugs at the park…

More practice…

One day…

PIZZA! (kale and pepperoni, a winning combo the whole family ate!!)

That’s all I have in me. Time to crash and watch Game of Thrones and Mad Men. I’m not sure I’m gonna make it.

As the lady above said, I look forward to reading your sensational sunday posts. I’ve been interested in making my own pizza dough for a while. I’ve looked through your recipes and find that I can’t find the flour that you use. I often find that I can’t find some of the ingredients because supermarkets in th UK don’t stock the same items. Most of the time I find substitutes but can’t in terms of flour. Do you think a good wholemeal flour would have the same effect? I tend to use a stoneground wholemeal flour in baking, suppose I should just bite the bullet and try it. I’d also love to try the vitalicious range but again no joy. I’m hoping a friend of mine in chicago will bring me some the next time she’s over here.
    Love your recipes and blog.

Hi Amanda! That pizza was made using Trader Joe’s whole wheat dough. I keep a stash in my freezer. However, I do have a recipe… http://greenlitebites.com/2008/03/11/thin-crust-whole-wheat-pizza-dough/

    Hope that helps!

Hi Jo B – I try so hard to use “regular” ingredients on GreenLiteBites but I can see region being an issue. Availability is just so different depending on where you are. Stoneground Wholemeal Flour should be fine for any recipe I use Whole Wheat Flour in. Try it! Worst case scenario you have a tough dough. :)

Awesome run! Is this the one where you headed out with an audio book? How did that go while running, I’m curious b/c I always opt for music.

How is he practicing walking already?! :)

So many fun photos. Love that little Bean is almost walking. Damn, your boys are cuties! That “big ass bug” though? Less cute, but fascinating all the same. Hope you had a chance to rest a bit today after your busy Sunday yesterday. OMG…you’re a mom of two, wife and full time worker…rest? What is that? :) Take care!!!

Roni I just love how real you are…you don’t tidy your house before you take pictures of your very real life. I often feel overwhelmed by stuff to do at home but you quickly remind me that having fun with my kids is really the most important thing I can do as a mother. Thank you for being real and for making me feel like I am doing ok. Have an amazing time in Seattle! One of my most favorite places in the world! I know you will love the market and you will be inspired by all of the wonderful food options. Running will be amazing there too! Let the guilt go. Your boys will be fine and you deserve time to do your thing. If you don’t, you will not be able to continue to give them all you do. Have fun!!!
