You do not NEED french fries with lunch. It’s not a requirement. After all the junk you ate this weekend a salad is a great choice! Keep the dressing on the side and smile as you remember it’s all about balance. :)

    Balance, its something we forget, we beat ourselves up about the past decisions… which for me leads to more eating, which leads to feeling icky… You are doing a great job!!

    That salad looks so good. I just came home from a weekend at an amusement park, which included junk food. Some of it was good, some not. Don’t you just hate the way you sometimes eat something unhealthy and it does not taste as good as you really expected it to be? I mean, it may be worth it if it really hit the spot, but when it does not, it’s such a waste. On the other side, after some junk food, something like a healthy salad looks very yummy!

    I have a really short list of foods that I have decided truly never need to be eaten again. French fries is one. Donuts another. Fried foods with no value whatsoever. Who needs them?

    Good timing, I stole a french fry off my husbands plate last night to see if it would still taste good after so long without. Nope, it didn’t satisfy me the way they used to in the past. I agree with Dylan. Fried foods are not natural or good for you. That beautiful salad is much better for you!
