Note to Self…

Stop feeling sorry for yourself. You’re sick. It happens.

Did non-stop eating tonight make you feel any better?

No?

Well.. der. Of course it didn’t.

And don’t worry, you will get back to the gym and running and working out. Give yourself some time to recover. Geesh.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Didn’t this all start more than a week ago? If you still feel bad on Monday, you have permission to go to the doctor!!

Once I ate an entire bag of caramel popcorn when I had a bad cold! I was never able to figure out exactly why I craved junk like that when I was sick. The good news is I don’t feel the need to do it anymore. Give yourself permission to do NOTHING until you feel better. The comfort of knowing you’re giving your body time to heal will help more than eating.

Oh, Roni . . . I needed to hear this so badly. I injured my knee and have been upset about not being able to work out like I want. THIS made me feel so much better!
