My friend Charlie posted this on Facebook. It made me cry. I had to share.
We are all capable of great things. We just need to believe it.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.
However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Thank you for sharing this! If this doesn’t make you cry and inspire I, nothing will!
Ok, this felt personal to me. 3 years ago 4/16 I was paralyzed after giving birth to my son and told I may never walk again or may walk deformed for the rest of my life. I fought and battled. It took time and patience, and it took a full year to stand on my tiptoes again, but I am totally healed from the paralysis. Seeing the way he walked without his canes was like seeing my own reflection. I can feel what this man went through. Go him!
Thanks for sharing and making me cry. ;-) I loved watching this.

Oh my goodness. I will most definitely share.
wow I do not know what to say.
while I sit and crying.
It’s so great when someone finds the key that unlocks their potential. Sometimes as soon as you see some changes, it provides the motivation to keep moving, snowballing. I’ve been feeling stuck recently – not so much on the health/ weight loss front as more family issues, so it was a kick in the pants to see something so inspirational. Now I need to find my key.
Woooow thank you for sharing!!!!
What an inspiration! Sometimes all you need is one person to believe in you in order for you to believe in yourself. So happy someone believed in him. What an amazing accomplishment!
Oh I loved to watch this. It makes you think what we all are capable of.
Yep, made me cry, first thing in the morning. Personal to me too. My husband is disabled with severe back injuries and just last night said he’s not “going on a diet” and can’t lose weight because he can’t exercise. I have sent this to him. Hope he doesn’t get mad, but want him to understand that he is capable of so much more than he thinks!
Awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Wow, We all needed to see this. Thanks for sharing.
yes, happy crying!

So beautiful. So inspirational.
All I can say is WOW. Once again you’ve posted something I really needed to read/see. I’ve been in a give it up mode for some time now. I’ve gained weight and been disappointed and unhappy. Thanks for reminding me not to give up on me. I will succeed. I just can not give up!
Wow, Roni! Thanks so much for posting this! I have some family members that I am hoping will watch this and be inspired!
I will never, ever say “I can’t” again!!!

Amazing. I started crying when he took off into a run. Wow. And the grin on his face toward the end is awesome. What an inspiring video!
BTW, YOU’VE inspired ME. I started Couch to 5k this week because of you and your Tough Mudder training. I’ve NEVER exercised and I’m excited to be running the 5K at BlogHer this year!
OMG I love this! He showed me that if you put your mind to ANYTHING you can do it!!! What an awesome man!!!!
I’ll be running it too! I’ll run with you!
Awesome, thanks for sharing that. As a disabled person myself, it really hits home that NOTHING is impossible if we keep believing in ourselves and never, ever give up.
I truly enjoyed the encouragement to press on that this man gave me. This inspires me to continue on my way to a healthier me in my spirit, soul and body.
Thanks for this inspiration. I think I have the motivation needed to start my weight loss journey. I have a lot of weight to lose, but I have my life to gain. You are proof that people like me can do it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
